Indiana Attorney General Complaint
Our complaint was updated to include four specific areas we are requesting the Indiana AG investigate as follows:
- Misappropriation of Funds
- Voting/Election Fraud to maintain control of Board
- Budgeting Violations
- Possible Tax Reporting Violations
Maybe the AG will get the attention of the Board if they feel there is merit in the complaint. All we want is for the Board to conduct the affairs of the campground in accordance with the Bylaws.
